Accommodation Bookings – Terms & Conditions
Noise must be kept to a minimum after 10pm.
An Adelaide Shores representative is accessible 24 hours a day for emergencies only.
Due to variations to reservations, specific room or site allocations cannot be guaranteed.
Arrival / Departure Times
Arrival Time: accommodation will be available for occupation as soon as practicable after 2pm. Prior arrangements must be made for arrivals after 7pm (8pm during summer).
Departure Time: accommodation must be vacated by 10am on day of departure.
Adelaide Shores reserves the right to immediately evict any guest, visitor or member of the public for any anti-social behaviour, including but not limited to: possession or use of illegal drugs, wilful damage to Adelaide Shores property, theft, physical or verbal abuse of staff, other guests or the public. In the event of an eviction, all money held or due will be forfeited and the registered guest will be unable to make future reservations at Adelaide Shores.
Cancellations and refund policy
All cancellations must be advised in writing (eg by email) before any refund can be considered. The deposit will be refunded (less a $30 administration fee) if notified at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. If notified less than 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit will only be refunded (less a $30 administration fee) if/when the accommodation is rebooked. Cancellations less than 72 hours prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit.
Reservations cancelled, or altered at the commencement of or during occupation do not qualify for any refund and the monies paid will be forfeited by the guest. Non-arrivals or guests who fail to notify of cancellations will forfeit the monies paid.

Infants under 2 years of age are free of charge, however there may be a charge for the use of a cot if required. Child rates apply to ages 2-15 years for sites. Adelaide Shores reserves the right to request proof of age.
Damages / Loss
All registered guests shall be liable for any loss or damage to the appliances, furniture, keys/passes, fixtures and fittings in the accommodation. Fair wear and tear excluded. A fee may be charged if excessive cleaning is required after departure.
A deposit of the first night’s tariff is required to secure the reservation. For bookings made on the Adelaide Shores website, this deposit is required to be paid online via credit card at the time of booking.
Balance of monies is due and payable on arrival, including full payment for any additional persons or nights. When express check-in applies (eg peak season), balance of monies is required as advised on application.

Forms of Payment
Payment is accepted by cash, Visa, Mastercard or EFTPOS or Direct Debit. BSB: 065 108, Account: 10214211.
Recycled water is used on our grounds for irrigation purposes; this water is not suitable for drinking or washing of cars. Guests should avoid being wetted from recycled water. These taps are at ground level and are identified through purple markings or other signage.
Additional terms and conditions may apply to group bookings.
The tariffs quoted include linen for each bed booked and paid for.
Minimum Booking Periods
Minimum booking periods may apply over school holidays, weekends, long weekends and selected special events.
Maximum Numbers per Unit
The number of people accommodated in each unit must not exceed the number of beds available.
Adelaide Shores takes no responsibility for the loss or damage of any personal item. Remember to lock your cabin or caravan when not occupied. Also lock your vehicle and remove any valuables; parking is at your own risk. Thoroughly check the accommodation before departure as any items left behind may not be recovered.
No pets are allowed. Medically required guide dogs are permitted.
A credit card pre-authorisation of $100 is required on arrival. This authorisation will be held until after you have departed. If you cannot produce a credit card, a $100 cash bond will be acceptable. Delays may occur on departure where a cash bond has been paid as a room inspection will be carried out prior to refund of bond monies. In the case of damage and/or loss, excessive cleaning, we have permission to recover this cost from the credit card or cash bond.
All prices quoted are in Australian dollars, are inclusive of GST and subject to change without notice due to seasonal and other variations.
Prices are based on two persons occupying sites; extra person rates apply for each additional person.
Cabin prices are based on maximum occupancy for the cabin type, no extra person charges apply.
Accommodation is serviced weekly, commencing on the 7th day after arrival.
All buildings at Adelaide Shores are non-smoking. By law, it is prohibited to smoke inside or within 5 metres of any public building. Smoking inside your accommodation will incur a minimum fee of $100.
Special Terms and Conditions for Peak Periods (Dec 16, 2016 – Jan 28, 2017)
Deposit of $100 for site bookings and first night cabin tariff is required at time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable.
Full payment is required by October 15th, 2016 for all reservations during the peak period.
Additional terms and conditions may apply to special offers. Standard conditions of special offers are: bookings under a special offer will be subject to availability, discounts cannot be redeemed as cash, specials do not apply to group bookings, specials are only available to new bookings made after the release of the special.
