With exceptional sporting facilities, Adelaide Shores have hosted a myriad of world class sporting events. Within the Adelaide Shores precinct, there are two beautifully maintained reserves –Anderson and Barratt Reserve, a FIFA 2 star synthetic pitch and a world-class Diamond Sports complex.
These sporting facilities have allowed us to host large national and international events such as: National Baseball Championships, Pacific School Games, Special Olympics and South Australian School based sport.
Home to Glenelg Baseball Club, Anderson Reserve is located on the southern end of the precinct on the edge of the Patawalonga River. Here you will find 3 immaculate baseball diamonds and some batting cages as well as the Holdfast Bay Canoe Club.

This complex is the most recent sporting addition to Adelaide Shores and was opening in late 2015. Now the home of both Baseball and Softball SA, and more recently, home to the Adelaide Bite. The venue consists of 3 diamonds, indoor training facility and offices and will provide opportunities to attract high quality local, national and international competition.
Adelaide Shores is home to some of the best public golf facilities in South Australia, with immaculate greens and a picturesque natural environment, complimented by a range of facilities.

Located on Africaine Road, West Beach, this venue is free and available to the general public and very popular for skate boarding, in line skating and BMX riding. Featuring a kiosk, BBQs and high quality lighting.
Adelaide Shores offers 4 lit asphalt courts available at all times for the general public. West Beach Tennis Centre has an additional 6 hard courts and 8 grass courts.
The Adelaide Shores Marina has boat launching facilities, boat storage, boat servicing and sales, and bait, tackle and chandlery retail. The Adelaide Sailing Club, Surf Life Saving SA and the SA Sea Rescue are all located here.
