Sports Facilities

Having hosted myriad world-class sporting events, Adelaide Shores naturally has exceptional sporting facilities. There are two beautifully maintained reserves within the Adelaide Shores precinct – Anderson Reserve and Barratt Reserve – which host a wide range of sports throughout the year, including football, baseball, lacrosse and softball, with 14 tennis courts alongside. A FIFA 2 star synthetic football pitch has been the latest addition, with a new Diamond Sports facility on the way.

A skate park and BMX facilities also provide hours of entertainment for children of all ages. The Coastal Park running alongside Adelaide Shores is a magnet for cyclists, walkers and runners to explore. This path takes in some of the most stunning scenery from Glenelg to Henley Beach, and often offers a glimpse of dolphins and seals.
