A high pressure system is located over the Tasman Sea. A trough of low pressure will move into the Far West Coast early on Tuesday, then gradually extend eastwards over remaining coasts during Tuesday. Another high will pass to the south of the Bight during Wednesday then a broad area of low pressure is expected to develop over the State on Thursday.
