Employee Recognition Program
Nothing is more pleasing than to see peer to peer recognition of achievements and performance. Our annual recognition program provides our staff the opportunity to nominate their fellow team members in a number of categories, with the winners receiving a gift for their efforts.
We appreciate the dedication and loyalty of our employees, and for those who have been part of our business for an extended period, events and gifts are used to recognise key service milestones, such as 10 and 20 years of employment.
Valuing Team Effort
Our team drives our success and we love to celebrate throughout the year with staff celebrations to recognise and thank our staff for their dedication and contributions by hosting quarterly BBQ lunches or Breakfasts. We also enjoying celebrating festivities with our team with yearly visits by Easter Bunny and Father Christmas.
“I started working at Adelaide Shores back in May 2016 as Business Development Manager. I joined the team at a time when exciting new projects within the precinct were being unfolded, that being the opening of Diamond Sports, MEGA Adventure and also the construction of a new lagoon swimming pool. My role entails working on a wide variety of sales and marketing initiatives with no day being the same, which for me makes working at Adelaide Shores enjoyable, interesting and challenging. I also have a great passion for all the products that we offer – particularly the caravan park where I have many childhood memories of holidaying with my family.”
