Senior Customer Service Officer
Looking to work on the coast and avoid the city traffic? Adelaide Shores has an opportunity for you to join the team as a Senior Customer Service Officer and help manage the staff in our contact centre and across our two accommodation properties, Adelaide Shores Caravan Park and Adelaide Shores Resort.
We are looking for someone who leads by example and prides themself on exceptional customer service and ability to motivate their team. Experience using a reservations program is essential (preferably RMS) and previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
This role will require you to be available to work evenings and weekends based on a 7-day roster with rotating shifts.

Cook
Are you currently working in a Cafe or Bistro Kitchen and dreaming of a change of scenery? Adelaide Shores is looking for an experienced cook to join our food and beverage team.
This role will require you to be versatile with preparing and cooking a range of meals for lunch and dinner, from sandwiches and takeaway food to a la carte dishes and desserts. Your assistance with some function catering will also be required. Enthusiasm for customer service and motivation for team performance will see you flourish.
This position is currently being offered on a casual basis, working a 7 day roster between the hours of 2pm and 9pm. There are no split shifts and you will receive a minimum of 2 days off each week including some weekends.

Food and Beverage Attendant
Adelaide Shores is currently seeking casual Food and Beverage Attendants to join their hospitality team for the busy summer period.
This position requires you to have good communication skills and focus on delivering excellent customer service. Hospitality experience and a current Responsible Service of Alcohol qualification are desirable.
A flexible approach to working hours will be required for functions/events and to meet seasonal demands. You will need to work various shifts over a 7 day period. Successful applicants will be provided with a uniform and there is free parking.

Environment and Recreation Officer
Are you experienced in sport and recreation planning and/or environmental management and sustainability? Do you pride yourself on your ability to build and maintain relationships? Then Adelaide Shores wants you to be our Environment and Recreation Officer.
This role requires you to be an organised team player, supporting key stakeholders and coordinating the implementation of an environmental management system as well as environmental action plans, policies and procedures.
It is vital that you have a degree or diploma qualification in recreation, environment and/or leisure or that you have extensive experience in a similar role. Some prior Occupational Health & Safety knowledge and awareness of current trends within the industry will be an advantage.

Grounds & Facilities Team Member
Adelaide Shores is seeking someone with broad knowledge and skills in gardening and maintenance to join the Grounds and Facilities team.
The role includes maintaining the turf, landscapes, pathways, swimming pools, playgrounds, amenities blocks and accommodation buildings as well as responding to customer requests. You need to be committed to Occupational Health & Safety standards, customer service, be self-motivated, have sound organisational skills and pride in your work to maintain the high presentation standard of these award-winning facilities.
Previous experience in a similar role is essential. Knowledge of horticulture and general building maintenance and a current driver's licence will be highly regarded. The hours of work will be predominantly Sunday to Thursday.

Housekeepers
Do you want to work near the beach? Casual positions within the Adelaide Shores housekeeping team are now on offer.
To be successful in this role you will need to work effectively in a team and maintain a high level of cleanliness with attention to detail and a positive and friendly attitude.
The positions are on a casual rotating roster including some weekend work. Previous experience in accommodation cleaning is preferred.
